We are looking for a marketing-focused designer who understands how creative drives performance.You will partner closely with marketing leadership to develop high-performing creative across paid media, website, email, social, and brand initiatives. This role requires someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and execute at a high level in a performance-driven environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-converting creative for paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and display networks</li><li>Create landing pages and visual assets optimized for conversion</li><li>Develop email and SMS creative to support lifecycle marketing campaigns</li><li>Support website design updates and ongoing optimization</li><li>Create social media graphics and promotional content</li><li>Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all marketing channels</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and video teams to execute campaigns end-to-end</li><li>Deliver high-quality creative with speed and attention to detail</li><li>Organize and manage design files and assets efficiently</li><li>Stay current on design trends and marketing best practices</li><li>Proactively contribute ideas to improve creative performance and campaign results</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of graphic design experience (marketing or agency experience preferred)</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand and performance-driven creative</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Experience designing for digital marketing channels (ads, landing pages, email)</li><li>Understanding of conversion-focused design principles</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams</li><li>High integrity, accountability, and professionalism</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with Figma or other UI/UX tools</li><li>Experience working within marketing or growth teams</li><li>Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics</li><li>Experience supporting paid media campaigns</li><li>Familiarity with Netlify and GitHub</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>Telehealth Insurance &ndash; Paid by the Firm</li><li>Life Insurance &ndash; Paid by the Firm</li><li>401(k) and 401(k) matching</li><li>Short Term Disability</li><li>Long Term Disability</li><li>Flexible paid time off (tiered based on seniority)</li><li>Monthly team events and outings</li><li>Strong growth and learning environment</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed</li><li>Location: In person (Chandler, AZ)</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
