 ATU Duty Free was founded in 2000 as a joint venture between TAV Airports Holding and Unifree Duty Free/Gebr. Heinemann.  &ldquo;Senior Accounting Specialist&rdquo;
 
 to join our team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BCs degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics and similar faculties
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 4-5 years of proven work experience in tax department of a Big Four company
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Turkish GAAP and local tax legislation
 </li>
 <li>
 CPA certificate is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge in SAP FI
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced MS Excel skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with problem-solving attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative team player
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communicator
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent planning and organization skills
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform daily accounting tasks of all accounting cycles
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse and report financial results
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform month/year-end closing transactions with the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly financial statements and other required reports under local GAAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly tax returns
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform periodic account reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-operate with Reporting, Budgeting and Finance teams in daily transactions, audits, closing and budget processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly TB analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Report to Tax and Accounting Manager and Director
 </li>
