Job Vacancy: General Manager &ndash; Real Estate Company (Dubai)We are a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai seeking a visionary and result-driven General Manager to lead operations, manage client relationships, and accelerate growth across the Off-Plan, Secondary Market, and Leasing sectors.&#11835;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leadership &amp; Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified and certified Real Estate Agents for sales and leasing.</li></ul><ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong client database (CRM) ensuring repeat clients and long-term loyalty.</li></ul><ul><li>Strategic Growth: Design and implement strategies to expand market share and increase company profitability.</li></ul><ul><li>Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, RERA requirements, and UAE real estate laws.</li></ul><ul><li>Performance Monitoring: Provide weekly and monthly reports directly to the CEO with detailed KPIs, sales updates, and performance metrics.</li></ul><ul><li>Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor activities, new project launches, and Dubai real estate trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Platform Utilization: Leverage Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and other property platforms to maximize exposure and sales.</li></ul><ul><li>Developer Relations: Manage and grow relationships with all leading real estate developers in the UAE.</li></ul><ul><li>Leadership &amp; Culture: Lead by example, inspire employees, and maintain a positive and motivated work environment.</li></ul>Full Support Structure Provided:The General Manager will lead a company that is already fully equipped with:<ul><li>Marketing Team &ndash; full campaigns and brand development.</li></ul><ul><li>Videographers &amp; Content Creators &ndash; in-house production for property showcases.</li></ul><ul><li>Admin Department &ndash; ensuring smooth daily operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Accounting Department &ndash; financial management and compliance.</li></ul><ul><li>Human Resources (HR) &ndash; handling recruitment and employee support.</li></ul><ul><li>Real Estate Agents &ndash; certified team ready to perform.</li></ul><ul><li>Engineers &amp; Technical Team &ndash; support for technical property knowledge and project needs.</li></ul>&#11835;Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and RERA compliance.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in both English and Arabic (mandatory).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in CRM systems, database building, and client retention strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to analyze performance, produce professional reports, and achieve sales targets.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: AED 10,000 &ndash; 15,000 (depending on experience &amp; performance).</li></ul><ul><li>Work within a company that is already registered with all major UAE developers.</li></ul><ul><li>Benefit from a full support structure: Marketing, Videography, Admin, Accounting, HR, Agents, and Engineers.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to lead a well-structured company with a clear path for growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

We are hiring a Civil Engineer (Turnkey Project Coordinator) with strong UAE experience in Interiors, Landscaping, Joinery, Pools, Aluminum &amp; Glass works.The Engineer will act as the main link between office teams (Marketing, Sales, Designers, Admin) and the site execution team, ensuring smooth workflow from concept to handover.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Coordinating between Marketing, Sales, Designers, and Site Teams.</li><li>Translating Mood Boards &amp; Design Drawings into clear execution plans.</li><li>Preparing BOQs, managing subcontractors, and overseeing material procurement.</li><li>Supervising workers and ensuring quality execution on site.</li><li>Handling client communication and providing regular progress updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years UAE experience in interiors &amp; landscaping.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of materials, BOQ, subcontractors.</li><li>Leadership skills to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
