 About This Role
 
 
 
 As an HR Partner, you'll serve as a professional who earns trust throughout the organization while demonstrating action-oriented, flexible problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. In this role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement and deploy strategic HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, exceptional internal customer service, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

 As an HR Partner, you will...
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Address employee inquiries and situations with confidentiality and expertise while managing routine processes throughout the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
 </li>
 <li>
 Function as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal customers on HR-related matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance the employee experience by collaborating effectively with managers, employees, and core teams to deliver exceptional service on HR tools, policy, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Exercise sound judgment equitably, navigate ambiguous situations, and serve as the initial escalation point for employee concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion the adoption of technology, self-service solutions, change management practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage data analytics and key metrics to identify trends, anticipate business requirements, and develop strategic action plans, including comprehensive attendance and attrition analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with our global HRBP and Employee Relations team to bring consistency to HR processes across Audible
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to building and supporting people programs unique to the Customer Care organization (e.g., Cornerstone Training program, Rotation Program, etc); complete other ad-hoc project and program management, such as creating job aids, manuals and illustrations to encourage learning, awareness and simplicity
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation

 Basic Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
 
 
 </li>

 Preferred Qualifications

 Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ year of call center HR experience
 </li>
 <li>

 We're looking for a Global Content Business Analyst to be the analytical backbone connecting content strategy to measurable outcomes&mdash;building self-serve dashboards, driving executive reporting cadence, and partnering with BI, product, and tech teams to make data-driven decisions happen fast. This role demands someone who can analyze complex performance drivers, present confidently to senior leadership, manage cross-functional metrics projects, and leverage AI automation to advance efficiency. You'll be our centralized Content analytics expert, responding rapidly to leadership requests while establishing the capabilities, discipline, and cadence that integrate analytics into content planning and investment decisions.
 
 
 
 About The Team
 
 
 
 The Global Content Strategy &amp; Enablement team develops and helps execute Audible's global content vision by bringing objective insights, domain expertise, and intellectual honesty to strategic decisions. As the connective tissue within the Content org and missionaries of Content's vision across Audible, we provide frameworks to enable Content teams to move quickly and effectively, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering the best experiences for creators and listeners everywhere.
 
 
 As a Business Analyst of Global Content, you will...
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand how the Content team&rsquo;s strategy is translated into action and then measured most effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Build the capabilities for how we integrate analytics into content planning and investments
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze content business performance and clearly articulate drivers through narrative-driven documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the needs of the Content team and be the centralized Content contact and collaborator with our BI partners to create self-serve dashboards and improve data availability
 </li>

 Drive the cadence and readiness for senior-leadership data reporting and facilitate regular reviews

 Respond rapidly to ad-hoc leadership requests for information

 Basic Qualifications

 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
 </li>

 Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in project management including communication, planning, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
 </li>

 1+ years of SQL experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience presenting to executives and all levels of leadership
 </li>

 Experience communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

 MBA, PMP, or related degree or certification

 Experience with multiple AI models and tools

 Experience in media, books, podcasts, or audio storytelling
