What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></h3><p>
As a Landfill Laborer, you&rsquo;ll support a variety of daily tasks to help keep the site clean, organized, and operating safely. This is an active, outdoor role that&rsquo;s ideal for someone who doesn&rsquo;t want to sit behind a desk.</p><p><b>
Your responsibilities will include:</b></p><ul><li>
Pick up windblown debris and litter from around the landfill and fence lines.</li><li>
Direct traffic and guide commercial vehicles safely within the landfill.</li><li>
Assist with the cleanup and maintenance of work areas, roadways, and equipment.</li><li>
Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, and minor repairs.</li><li>
Report any hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor.</li><li>
Help ensure environmental and safety regulations are followed.</li><li>
Assist scale house or equipment operators as needed.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></h3><ul><li>
Able to work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.</li><li>
Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and using tools for extended periods.</li><li>
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols at all times.</li><li>
Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or sanitation is a plus&mdash;but not required.<br>
Must pass a drug screening and background check.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
