What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></h3><p>
As a Landfill Laborer, you&rsquo;ll support a variety of daily tasks to help keep the site clean, organized, and operating safely. This is an active, outdoor role that&rsquo;s ideal for someone who doesn&rsquo;t want to sit behind a desk.</p><p><b>

Pick up windblown debris and litter from around the landfill and fence lines.</li><li>

Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, and minor repairs.</li><li>
Report any hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor.</li><li>

Augment Human Resource Services is now hiring a General Laborer to support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll be placed on-site at one of our national clients, helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and operations area.</p><p>
</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><p>
As a General Laborer, you&rsquo;ll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed.</p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h4><ul><li>
Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.</li><li>
Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.</li><li>
Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.</li><li>
Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.</li><li>
Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.</li><li>
Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.</li><li>
Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.</li><li>
Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.</li></ul><p>
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
