The candidate should have strong expertise in extracting data through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, Snov.io, and related tools. In addition, the role requires hands-on experience with manual email warmups as well as setting up and managing warmups using Snov.io and Instantly to ensure high deliverability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Extract high-quality leads (emails, company info, decision-makers) using Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, and Snov.io.</li><li>Set up, configure, and manage Snov.io and Instantly accounts for email outreach.</li><li>Perform manual warmups and manage automated warmups via tools to maintain sender reputation.</li><li>Validate and clean lead data to minimize bounce rates and ensure accuracy.</li><li>Continuously monitor data quality, detect invalid/duplicate entries, and maintain up-to-date databases.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide targeted lead lists aligned with outreach campaigns.</li><li>Track and document data extraction, validation, and warmup processes for consistency and repeatability.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Expertise<ul><li>2+ years of proven experience in data extraction and validation.</li><li>Strong expertise in Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and Snov.io.</li><li>Hands-on experience with email account setup, manual warmups, and automated warmups (Snov.io &amp; Instantly).</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for cleaning, validating, and managing data.</li><li>Knowledge of email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation, bounce management).</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to deliver large volumes of accurate leads.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Familiarity with additional tools (Lusha, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, Clay).</li><li>Experience integrating lead data into CRM platforms (HubSpot)</li><li>Basic knowledge of cold email strategy and campaign management.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you experience in tech industry (international market)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
