About the Role</h2>
As an Implementation Analyst, you will support the successful rollout of the August platform for our customers. You&rsquo;ll work closely with Implementation Managers to execute key parts of the implementation process&mdash;from system configuration and data preparation to training support and process improvement.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on experience in SaaS implementations and customer-facing work.
You will play a critical role in helping our team scale by taking ownership of execution-heavy workstreams&mdash;freeing up Implementation Managers to focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and complex problem-solving.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>
Support full-cycle implementations by executing key tasks across multiple customer projects</li><li>
Configure the August platform based on defined workflows and requirements</li><li>
Prepare, clean, and validate data for migrations and system setup</li><li>
Build and maintain spreadsheets, templates, and tracking tools to support implementations</li><li>
Join customer calls to take notes, track action items, and follow up on next steps</li><li>
Assist with training preparation and delivery, ensuring customers feel confident using the platform</li><li>
Partner with Implementation Managers to document workflows, requirements, and decisions</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, tools, and documentation</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to support customer needs</li><li>
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
About You</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; demonstrated interest in technology, data, or process-driven work is a plus</li><li>
Up to 2 years of experience (internships, coursework, or early career roles welcome)</li><li>
Strong interest in technology, SaaS, or healthcare systems</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks</li><li>
Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new systems quickly</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to dig into ambiguous or unfamiliar challenges</li><li>
Clear and professional communication skills, with comfort in customer-facing settings</li><li>
Proactive and resourceful&mdash;willing to take ownership and figure things out</li><li>
Excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
