August Projects

_ General Billing_<ul><li>	Prepare and verify quantities based on site measurements, drawings, and BOQ.</li></ul><ul><li>	Generate Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and subcontractor/vendor bills.</li></ul><ul><li>	Coordinate with site teams and finance departments for timely billing and approvals.</li></ul><ul><li>	Maintain billing records, reconciliation statements, and audit documentation.</li></ul>_ Development Billing_<ul><li>	Prepare billing schedules for phased development projects (e.g., residential towers, commercial blocks, infrastructure zones).</li></ul><ul><li>	Align billing with project milestones, such as excavation, foundation, superstructure, MEP, and finishing stages.</li></ul><ul><li>	Work closely with project developers, architects, and planning teams to track progress and update billing forecasts.</li></ul><ul><li>	Ensure compliance with development agreements, client contracts, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>	Monitor and report on cash flow projections, receivables, and payment timelines related to development phases.</li></ul>_ Required Skills &amp; Competencies_<ul><li>	Strong understanding of construction billing, development billing, and rate analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>	Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/billing software.</li></ul><ul><li>	Excellent analytical and documentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>	Ability to interpret contracts, BOQs, and development schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>	Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>	3&ndash;6 years of experience in billing, with exposure to real estate development or infrastructure projects.</li></ul><ul><li>	Certification in Quantity Surveying, Project Costing, or Contract Management is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
