</ul><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Scheduling Appointments:</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage the appointment schedule for the psychiatrist and mental health therapists.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and accurate information.</li>
<li>Handle appointment inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing exceptional customer service to all clients.</li>
<li>Insurance Verification and Authorization:</li>
<li>Verify clients' insurance coverage and benefits prior to their appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.</li>
<li>Obtain insurance authorizations for therapy services as required by insurance providers.</li>
<li>Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and potential out-of-pocket expenses.</li>
<li>Insurance Billing:</li>
<li>Prepare and submit insurance claims for therapy services provided by the psychiatrist and mental health therapists.</li>
<li>Monitor and track insurance claims to ensure timely payment and follow up on any denied or pending claims.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.</li>
<li>Electronic Health Records (EHR) Management:</li>
<li>Maintain and update clients' electronic health records accurately and securely.</li>
<li>Ensure that all documentation complies with clinic policies and relevant legal and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Administrative Support:</li>
<li>Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.</li>
<li>Help with answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff, and providing information to clients as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborative Teamwork:</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff, therapists, and the psychiatrist to support the overall clinic operations.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.</li>
