DELIVERABLES<ul><li>The Production person oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, on time, and within quality standards.</li><li>This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, optimize workflows, and coordinate with other departments to meet business goals.</li><li>Plan, organize, and control production activities to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.</li><li>Lead, supervise, and develop production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations</li><li>Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet customer demand.</li><li>Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.</li><li>Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;700,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
