Required Skills &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><div>
8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles.</div><div>
Strong expertise in <b>Python, R, or Scala</b> with solid experience using ML libraries (e.g., <b>scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost</b>).</div><div>
Proficiency in <b>SQL</b> and working knowledge of <b>big data platforms</b> (e.g., <b>Spark, Databricks, Hadoop</b>).</div><div>
Hands-on experience with <b>cloud environments</b> (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model training and deployment.</div><div>

Job Summary :</b></div><div>
We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end application performance monitoring (APM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) and a proven ability to build insightful dashboards, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the health and reliability of critical business services.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities :</b></div><p>
Design, develop, and maintain Dynatrace dashboards using DQL, including SLO (Service Level Objective) and SLI (Service Level Indicator) dashboards.</p><p>
Utilize Dynatrace Query Insights (DQI) to identify, analyze, and track key service performance metrics across critical business applications.</p><p>
Configure monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure components to provide real-time visibility into system performance and user experience.</p><p>
Implement proactive alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies and performance degradation.</p><p>
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to troubleshoot complex performance issues.</p><p>
Participate in APM tool integration with enterprise ecosystems (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, or CI/CD pipelines).</p><p>
Define and document best practices for Dynatrace configuration, monitoring, and data visualization.</p><p>
Contribute to the continuous improvement of observability and incident response processes.</p><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skills and Experience</b></div><p>
4&ndash;6 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), with at least 2 years in Dynatrace.</p><p>
Strong expertise in Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) for creating custom dashboards and analytics views.</p><p>
Hands-on experience in building and managing SLO/SLI dashboards for business-critical applications.</p><p>
In-depth understanding of DQI (Dynatrace Query Insights) for data-driven performance measurement.</p><p>
Solid knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and reporting.</p><p>
Familiarity with APM concepts, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.</p><p>
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.</p><p>
Exposure to APM integrations with DevOps and ITSM tools preferred.</p><p>
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.</p><div>
Preferred Certifications</div><p>
Dynatrace Certified Professional (or equivalent certification).</p><p>
