The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally ERP, GST compliance, TDS processing, and statutory compliances. This role requires a professional with accounting experience who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis</li><li>Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and related compliances</li><li>Support during internal and external audits</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field ; M.Com preferred</li><li>3-5 years of experience in accounting with proven expertise in Indian taxation</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP; Knowledge of other accounting software systems</li><li>Thorough understanding of GST regulations and filing procedures</li><li>Strong knowledge of TDS provisions and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience in financial analysis and reporting</li><li>Familiarity with audit procedures</li><li>Experience with statutory compliances including income tax, PF, ESI, etc.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Experience with FEMA regulations</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
