Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and its integration with Salesforce CRM. This role is a critical intersection of strategy, execution, and technology. You are responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing multi-channel B2B digital campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and ultimately accelerate the sales pipeline for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel. The ideal candidate is a MarTech powerhouse who excels in data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot &amp; MarTech Operations (The Expert)
<ul>
<li>Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub, maximizing its utilization across all marketing functions. 
</li>
<li>Salesforce Integration: Own the end-to-end integration and data synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, accurate lead routing, and reliable marketing attribution reporting. 
</li>
<li>Database Management: Utilize HubSpot to build, segment, and maintain clean and targeted contact lists for marketing campaigns, maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). 
</li>
<li>Lead Management: Design and manage the lead scoring models and automated lead qualification workflows within HubSpot to effectively transition MQLs to the Sales team in Salesforce.</li> 
</ul>
Digital Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution (The Executor)
<ul>
<li>Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including: 
</li>
Email Marketing &amp; Nurturing: Create and optimize complex, personalized lead nurturing workflows and email drip campaigns designed to move prospects down the B2B sales funnel. 
<li><ul><li>
</li>
Paid Search: Leverage the expertise of internal teams to launch and track paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) through HubSpot. 
<li>
</li>
Social Media Campaigns: Leverage the expertise of internal teams to execute and track paid and organic social media marketing efforts, with a focus on platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit. 
<li>
</li>
Content Personalization: Collaborate with thought leaders to develop personalized content that will be delivered across email, website pages, and landing pages based on buyer persona and journey stage. 
<li>
</li>
</ul></li><li>Conversion Optimization: Design, build, and A/B test high-converting landing pages, forms, and CTAs (Calls-to-Action) within HubSpot.</li> 
</ul>
Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting (The Analyst)
<ul>
<li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns and marketing channels (social, email, paid search, etc.). 
</li>
<li>Attribution &amp; ROI: Track and report on key B2B metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and Marketing ROI, using integrated data from HubSpot and Salesforce. 
</li>
<li>Optimization: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing and sales leadership to optimize budget allocation and improve overall campaign effectiveness.</li> 
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
Partner closely with Sales to align on lead management, scoring, and follow-up processes. 
<ul><li>

Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and messaging for campaigns. 
<li>
</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal marketing teams for campaign support as needed.</li> 
</ul>
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing 
<ul><li>
</li>
HubSpot Expertise: Deep, demonstrated expertise and high proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub (preferably certified as an Administrator or a high-level user). 
<li>
</li>
Salesforce Proficiency: Proven experience working with and managing the integration of HubSpot with Salesforce CRM, understanding data flow, field mapping, and reporting on cross-platform data. 
<li>
</li>
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in digital marketing channels, including Paid Search (Google Ads), B2B Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn Ads), SEO fundamentals, and email deliverability. 
<li>
</li>
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable marketing strategies and business outcomes. 
<li>
</li>
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and strategies to cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Leadership). 
<li>
</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li> 
</ul>
Bonus Qualifications (A Plus):
HubSpot and Salesforce certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified Admin, Salesforce Administrator). 
<ul><li>

Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. 
<li>
</li>
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor email or landing page adjustments. 
<li>
</li>
Experience developing B2B paid search and social media campaign strategy.

</li><li>Experience marketing to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.</li> 
</ul>

The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.<div>
