We serve a diverse community and offer a full range of dental services&mdash;from preventative care to advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures.What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive daily base rate ($650&ndash;$1,000) + 35% of production</li><li>Consistent full-time schedule (Monday&ndash;Friday, 9 AM&ndash;6 PM)</li><li>Full-service dental laboratory on premises</li><li>A supportive, well-trained team and efficient systems to maximize productivity</li><li>Fully digital office equipped with modern technology and equipment</li><li>A steady flow of new and returning patients</li><li>Positive, collaborative work culture</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other restorative and cosmetic procedures</li><li>Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients in a clear and empathetic manner</li><li>Deliver high-quality care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records</li><li>Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care</li><li>Stay current with continuing education and dental best practices</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree</li><li>Active New York State dental license in good standing</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to high-quality clinical care and patient satisfaction</li><li>Experience with digital charting and modern dental software preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $650.00 - $1,000.00 per dayWork Location: In person
