The ideal candidate should be skilled in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivering high-quality dental services while ensuring patient comfort and safety.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions</li><li>Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling, and polishing</li><li>Provide preventive dental care and oral hygiene education to patients</li><li>Develop and explain treatment plans clearly to patients</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, hygiene, and infection control protocols</li><li>Manage dental emergencies during assigned shifts</li><li>Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-desk staff</li><li>Maintain ethical and professional standards of dental practice</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>BDS / MDS from a recognized dental institution</li><li>Valid dental council registration</li><li>Proven clinical experience (freshers may apply if supervised)</li><li>Strong diagnostic and clinical skills</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with cosmetic and restorative dentistry</li><li>Ability to manage patient anxiety and provide compassionate care</li><li>Familiarity with digital dental records and imaging systems</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Clean, well-equipped dental clinic</li><li>Supportive team and patient-friendly atmosphere</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary: As per experience and industry standards</li><li>Additional incentives/commissions (if applicable)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
