Job Summary and Qualifications</h5> 
Seeking a Registered Nurse for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role: 
<ul><li>You will manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions
</li><li>You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
</li><li>You will maintain and review patients&rsquo; records including posting tests and examination results
</li><li>You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders
</li><li>You will check rooms daily for necessary supplies
</li><li>You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)</li></ul> 
What Qualifications you will need:
<ul><li>Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required
</li><li>1-3 years experience as a registered nurse is preferred
</li><li>Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Transcriptionist provides a variety of clerical duties, including medical transcription, to physicians and other members of the clinic.
SUPERVISOR: Practice Manager
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
<ul><li>Transcribes dictated material, producing an average of at least 138 lines per hour.
</li><li>Meets production standards and maintains error of 3% or less.
</li><li>Edits reports in the system.
</li><li>Queues and transcribes all requests for STAT transcription as needed.
</li><li>Charts transcribed reports once a shift.
</li><li>Logs, prints, and maintains reports.
</li><li>Follows through with assignments and informs supervisor if unable to complete task.
</li><li>Maintains the strictest confidentiality.
</li><li>Perform other duties as required.
</li><li>Must read and understand and adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures.
</li><li>Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values statements.
</li></ul>EDUCATION:
<ul><li>No education Requirement
</li></ul>EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>One to three years&rsquo; experience in a medical office setting is required. Prior transcription experience is preferred.
</li></ul>CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
<ul><li>No license requirements
</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>Knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology
</li><li>Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation to type from draft copy, review and edit reports and correspondence.
</li><li>Skill in operating a computer, Dictaphone, and copy machine.
</li><li>Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
</li><li>Ability to type at least 60 wpm.
</li><li>Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric systems.
</li><li>Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
</li></ul><ul><li>Bilingual preferred</li></ul>
