Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team.MUST HAVE SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND KNOW HOW TO DIAGNOSEUP TO 30% COMMISSIONThe ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layout.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.</li><li>Perform pipe threading and assembly as required for installations.</li><li>Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential or commercial settings.</li><li>Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.</li><li>Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary for equipment and materials.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.</li><li>Familiarity with basic math concepts for measurements and calculations.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.</li><li>Previous experience on construction sites is preferred.</li><li>Capable of performing field service duties with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintenance Person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in maintenance tasks.
