Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor &amp; Estimator with expertise in atleast one of Water Supply, Sewerage, and Storm Water Drainage Projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, cost analyses, and assisting in the preparation of DPRs while coordinating with government departments for technical sanction and approvals. Key Responsibilities: &bull; Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for water supply, sewerage, and storm water schemes.<ul><li>Conduct rate analysis and prepare costing sheets in accordance with MJP, PWD, CPWD, and other departmental norms. &bull; Support in the preparation and review of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), including cost justifications and abstracts.</li><li>Coordinate with government authorities (MJP, PWD, WATCO, Zilla Parishad, ULBs, etc.) during technical scrutiny and sanction stages.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team to assess cost implications of design modifications and ensure financial feasibility.</li><li>Maintain and update Schedule of Rates (SOR) and departmental specifications relevant to project estimation.</li><li>Prepare tender documents, rate abstracts, and comparative statements for procurement and bidding.</li><li>Verify contractor&rsquo;s bills, variation statements, and assist in cost control and project budgeting.</li><li>Provide inputs on design concepts such as demand estimation, flow calculation, and basic hydraulic considerations.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of estimation work. Desired Skills &amp; Competencies:</li><li>Strong knowledge of Estimation &amp; Costing for water infrastructure projects.</li><li>Familiarity with DPR formats and Technical Sanction procedures of government departments.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools or templates.</li><li>Conceptual understanding of hydraulic design principles related to water supply and sewerage systems. &bull; Excellent analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Effective communication skills and confidence in dealing with government officials.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver precise outputs. Accounts Executive &ndash; Payables &amp; Cash ManagementDepartment: Finance / AccountsJob Summary:The Accounts Executive &ndash; Payables &amp; Cash Management will be responsible for handling vendor payments, monitoring daily cash and bank positions, and supporting treasury operations. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, banks, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant financial transactions within the shipping and logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions to ensure liquidity and accuracy.Assist in preparing daily and weekly cash flow reports.Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, forex settlements, and related documentation.Support treasury operations including bank mandate updates, KYC compliance, and correspondence.Process vendor invoices with proper documentation, approval, and expense coding.Execute payment runs (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) as per company schedules.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies.Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoice approvals and clarifications.Maintain accurate financial records and data entries in ERP/accounting systems.Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits.Assist with month-end closing activities related to payables and cash reconciliations.Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company financial policies.1	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / BBA / M.Com preferred).2	2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Cash Management.3	Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.4	Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP accounting software.5	Experience in the Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding industry preferred.6	Understanding of multi-currency payments and international banking processes.7	Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;650,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in Shipping Industry?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
