Job Opportunity: DRAP Qualified Person (Medical Devices)Meditech IVF is looking for an experienced DRAP Qualified Person (QP) to join our expanding medical device distribution business.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the company's DRAP Qualified Person for medical devices.</li><li>Manage new medical device registrations and regulatory submissions with DRAP.</li><li>Ensure ongoing compliance with DRAP regulations.</li><li>Coordinate imports and customs clearance for medical devices.</li><li>Manage stock ordering, procurement, and inventory.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Maintain regulatory documentation and product registration records.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Eligible to act as a DRAP Qualified Person under DRAP regulations.</li><li>Experience with medical device registration in Pakistan.</li><li>Hands-on experience in imports, customs clearance, and regulatory affairs.</li><li>Experience in stock ordering and supply chain coordination.</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li></ul>Location: IslamabadEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to careers@meditechivf.com.Work Location: In person

Receptionist Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.</li><li>Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.</li><li>Announcing clients as necessary.</li><li>Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.</li><li>Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.</li><li>Preparing meeting and training rooms.</li><li>Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.</li><li>Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.</li><li>Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.</li><li>Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.</li><li>Sorting and distributing mail.</li><li>Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service.</li><li>Scheduling appointments.</li></ul>Receptionist Requirements:<ul><li>Certificate, Diploma, Associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field.</li><li>Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.</li><li>Consistent, professional dress, and manner.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Good time management skills.</li><li>Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.</li><li>Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
