Role description</b></h4><p>
We're looking for a Product Manager to work in one of our key product teams in building the leading OS for Europe's heat pump and solar workforce.</p><div><br>
You'll work alongside a team that consists of a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineers and an iOS Engineer, helping shape and maintain our product roadmap, run planning sessions and sprint preps with team leads, manage tickets in Linear and open Cursor to ship stuff yourself.</div><div></div><div><br>
We're always looking to build the next generation product and with a clear vision to become the agentic OS for the workforce behind the energy transition, that includes leveraging LLMs and NLP in building an AI voice agent to increase efficiencies.</div><br>
Other responsibilities will be as follows:<br>
<ul><li>
Support leadership in shaping and prioritising the product roadmap</li><li>
Run product discovery alongside our teams through direct customer engagement</li><li>
Manage product operations in Linear: triage, prioritisation, sprint hygiene</li><li>
Build and ship features or prototypes directly using AI-assisted development tools (Lovable, Figma, Cursor, Copilot)</li><li>
Facilitate planning sessions with product teams and sprint preps with engineering leads</li><li>
Represent autarc in customer calls, sales meetings, and training sessions</li><li>
Work alongside our Engineers in building and shipping material</li></ul>
This is a Product Manager position but as the landscape of the industry shifts, we also expect you to build and tangibly contribute on a day-to-day basis.<p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h4><p></p><ul><li>
2-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager</li><li>
Exposure to working in B2B SaaS</li><li>
AI-native in working with tools to help you run faster and jump higher</li><li>
Experience having worked in an AI-first team/company</li><li>
Track record in conducting user interviews and product discovery</li><li>
A desired obsession to go deep AI, Machine Learning and Computer Vision</li><li>
Berlin-based and willing to work hybrid</li><li>

Right now, 25% of CO2 emissions in Europe are caused by heating our buildings. In order for this to be reduced, the transition towards renewable energy needs to be simplified and made more accessible. There are too few installers to meet the growing demand for heat pumps, and a solution to match this trend needs to be brought to the market.<br>
autarc is developing the leading operating system (OS) for heat pump installers, enabling a more digital and efficient installation process for heat pumps.<br>
Through this, autarc is reducing the hurdles to decarbonizing single-family homes and small apartment buildings in Europe, with the goal to help with the planning and designing of 1 million heat pumps by 2030.</p></div>
