Responsibilities<ul><li>
Oversee the accurate preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP for all business units, providing results and analysis to senior management and ownership.</li><li>
Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.</li><li>
Develop and maintain efficient financial processes and controls that ensure data accuracy and integrity across all entities.</li><li>
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process&mdash;collecting, analyzing, and consolidating data to deliver actionable insights.</li><li>
Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets, reduce risk, and prevent errors or misreporting.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>
Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.</li><li>
Clearly communicate financial performance and key findings to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.</li><li>
Enhance financial returns by implementing policies, controls, and reporting systems that support growth.</li><li>
Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.</li><li>
Conduct in-depth research on revenue opportunities, market trends, and cost efficiency initiatives.</li><li>
Coordinate audits and ensure timely, accurate financial documentation for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Support the CFO in resource allocation, growth planning, and financial due diligence.</li><li>
Monitor evolving accounting standards and ensure proactive compliance.</li></ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>
Proven experience in manufacturing-based accounting and financial management</li><li>
Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls</li><li>
Strong Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) capabilities</li><li>
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency in ERP and financial consolidation systems (SAP Business One preferred)</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process improvement</li></ul>
