 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Lead Finishing Specialist
 
 to oversee and manage the finishing stages of high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-quality projects from start to finish. This role requires expertise in all aspects of finishing and the ability to take ownership of a project, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Leadership:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Lead and manage all aspects of the finishing process for single, high-profile projects.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design, production, and construction teams to meet project objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Team Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Supervise and mentor a team of finishing specialists and workers.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Provide guidance on finishing techniques, materials, and quality standards.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Quality Control:

 Ensure high-quality finishing standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the finishing process.
 </li>

 Implement corrective measures when necessary and drive continuous improvement.

 Materials &amp; Resources Management:

 Oversee the selection, procurement, and management of materials required for finishing work.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the correct materials are used, coordinating closely with procurement teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the efficient use of resources, ensuring minimal waste and timely availability.

 Problem-Solving &amp; Risk Management:

 Identify potential project risks and work proactively to resolve challenges and prevent delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide innovative solutions to any technical or logistical problems that arise.
 </li>

 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
 </li>

 Client Communication:

 Maintain excellent relationships with clients, offering regular updates on project progress.

 Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless experience.

 Documentation &amp; Reporting:

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project status, budgets, and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare progress reports and present project details to senior management and clients.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry, with at least 10 years in a lead or management position.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Skills:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in project management software and tools.
 </li>

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
