The Marketing VP leads the marketing team and the development of the marketing strategy in the Authority Brands portfolio, driving measurable growth through a balanced mix of brand building, activation and performance marketing. This role partners closely with cross functional partners at all levels with responsibility for establishing the strategy as well as driving performance with accountability for results.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Strategic Partnership: Be a trusted marketing advisor to franchisees and retail leadership at every level, collaborating on strategies with senior executives while supporting local execution with local management.</li>
<li>Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute and maintain annual marketing plans and budgets focused on brand building, customer activation, demand generation, and performance driven initiatives aligned with business goals.</li>
<li>Performance Marketing Leadership: Lead a performance marketing team, driving results and anticipating potential issues, seeing opportunities to avoid challenges driven by single interest action. Collaborate closely with operation and marketing leadership to align marketing strategies with operational priorities and drive location level impact</li>
<li>Technology and Partnerships: Negotiate and manage agencies and martech partners to deliver best in class execution and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Demand Generation: Design and implement omnichannel campaigns that drive leads and revenue across all channels, leveraging data driven insights and marketing automation.</li>
<li>Performance Marketing: Champion a performance marketing mindset across all initiatives, ensuring A/B testing, attribution modeling, and ROI optimization.</li>
<li>360 Marketing/Activation: Align all consumer touchpoints (digital, traditional, experiential) under one cohesive brand strategy for maximum impact.</li>
<li>Digital Innovation: Challenge conventional approaches to media and digital activities to achieve innovative communication plans which optimize spend and maximize impact. Deploy advanced targeting, attribution modeling and emerging technologies to optimize spend and improve performance.</li>
<li>Project Management: Move projects from ideation through to completion, tracking status of projects while driving visibility to key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Creative Direction: Champion innovative creative ideas that resonate with target audiences that drive engagement across channels.</li>
<li>Analytics and Impact: Own marketing performance metrics, including forecasting, attribution and reporting to demonstrate impact/ROI and guide strategic decisions. Continuously evaluate the marketing ecosystem and challenge the status quo to drive innovation.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in marketing with MBA preferred</li>
<li>10+ years experience in marketing with 6+ years experience in leadership</li>
<li>Proven ability to balance brand marketing with performance marketing and demand generation.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and analytics platforms (SEO, PPC, programmatic, remarketing, Google Analytics).</li>
<li>Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing spend for ROI.</li>
<li>Prior experience with franchise or multi-location marketing and/or sales.</li>
<li>Collaborative, data driven, and innovative mindset with strong business acumen.</li>
<li>Developing presentation materials to highlight department programs and successes</li>
<li>Creating and leading agendas for cross-discipline meetings.</li>
</ul>

The Marketing Manager is the marketing lead for one of the consumer brands within the Authority Brands portfolio. This role serves as the contact point of accountability for operations in regards to all franchisee-facing marketing activities. The Marketing Manager must be able to effectively work as a member of the operations leadership team as well as understand how to drive franchisee network success through each individual franchisee.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Marketing Strategy: Reporting directly to the brand president, work with the brand operations as well as centralized marketing team to outline, plan and execute strategic annual marketing plan and initiatives.</li>
<li>Franchisee Support: Support franchise owners, including presenting and reporting marketing results and educating on vendors, marketing tactics, and marketing platforms.</li>
<li>360 Marketing: Pull all brand touchpoints together across different channels to create an aligned 360 approach for the brand which is consistent across all mediums.</li>
<li>Digital Activation: Challenge conventional approaches to media and digital activities to achieve innovative marketingcommunication plans which optimize spend and maximize impact.</li>
<li>Project Management: Move projects from ideation through to completion, tracking status of projects while driving visibility to key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Creativity: Champion creative ideas and customer approach strategies, bringing them from briefing and development to implementation.</li>
<li>Integrity: Demonstrate high integrity in execution, decision making and balancing of Authority Brands franchise network interests.</li>
<li>Impact: Understand the impact and delivery costs/ROI of different medians/channels and is able to create a cohesive strategy for the brand and each franchisee, taking into account the complex marketing ecosystem, regularly challenging the status quo.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred</li>
<li>4+ years’ experience executing annual brand marketing plans</li>
<li>Ability to forecast, track, and maintain an annual marketing budget</li>
<li>Prior experience with franchise marketing and/or sales</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, energetic, open to collaborative environment, business minded, strategic and creative</li>
<li>Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing, including ability to interpret digital campaign results and other KPIs (SEO, PPC, remarketing, display)</li>
<li>Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Office systems and Google Analytics</li>
