The Operations Support Specialist – Authority Brands Payments is primarily responsible for managing frontline support for Authority Brands’ consumer financing and payment processing programs.
 This role serves as a key member of the Authority Brands Payment Support Desk, responding to inbound inquiries through Jira, troubleshooting issues related to consumer financing and payment processing, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of merchant support requests.
 This is an operationally focused role requiring strong technical aptitude, disciplined case management, and confident communication skills.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Respond to inbound support tickets and emails submitted through Jira.</li>
<li>Manage case intake, documentation, troubleshooting, and resolution within established SLA timelines.</li>
<li>Support inquiries related to:</li>
<li>Consumer financing applications, approvals, declines, and funding timelines</li>
<li>Multi-lender waterfall platform usage</li>
<li>Merchant enrollment questions</li>
<li>Payment processing issues including transaction errors, batch settlements, funding windows, token-related inquiries, and chargebacks</li>
<li>Escalate complex operational or lender/processor issues appropriately.</li>
<li>Maintain thorough documentation within Jira for audit and reporting purposes.</li>
</ul>
Issue Resolution & Communication
 <ul>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with franchise owners, office staff, and technicians.</li>
<li>Ensure messaging aligns with compliance, lender requirements, and internal policy.</li>
<li>Identify recurring issues and flag trends to leadership for operational improvement.</li>
</ul>
Secondary Responsibilities – Training & Adoption
 Multi-Lender Platform Training
 <ul>
<li>Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for newly enrolled merchants.</li>
<li>Deliver structured training on the consumer financing platform, including application flow, lender waterfall logic, and funding expectations.</li>
<li>Provide refresher training as needed to improve merchant performance.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2–5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:</li>
<li>Consumer financing or lending operations</li>
<li>Merchant services or payment processing</li>
<li>Financial services support</li>
<li>Structured customer support environments</li>
<li>Training</li>
<li>Experience working in a ticketing or case management system (Jira experience preferred).</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.</li>

Operations - Payment Operations Specialist

The Digital Content Coordinator supports the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and growth of Authority Brands’ website ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing and executing digital content requests, ensuring all website updates and digital assets align with established brand standards, SEO best practices, and quality guidelines.
 
The Digital Content Coordinator plays a key role in executing content initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across Authority Brands’ portfolio. This position collaborates closely with cross functional teams to ensure content updates are accurate, timely, and implemented efficiently. The role may also assist with local SEO initiatives, including support for Google Business Profiles and other online listings.
 
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
 
Essential Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Execute and manage website content updates across Authority Brands on behalf of the marketing team and franchise owners, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established brand standards.</li>
<li>Implement website improvements identified through SEO, content, accessibility, and technical audits, ensuring updates align with performance goals and digital best practices.</li>
<li>Review, proofread, and quality check all content updates to ensure accuracy, consistency, SEO best practices, online readability, and optimal user engagement.</li>
<li>Manage and triage incoming digital content requests by maintaining the digital support inboxes, activating the appropriate workstream, and tracking requests through completion.</li>
<li>Organize, maintain, and update digital assets and content request documentation for brand websites in collaboration with the team lead.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross functional marketing team members to gather requirements, insights, and supporting information necessary for content updates and implementation.</li>
<li>Partner with website vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot content related issues and support technical resolutions as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing and maintaining Authority Brands’ informational website content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.</li>
<li>Support the execution and maintenance of Local SEO initiatives by ensuring Google Business Profiles and other online listings are accurate, complete, compliant, and optimized.</li>
<li>Identify content, process, or brand compliance issues and work proactively to correct deviations in coordination with the team lead.</li>
<li>Assist with documenting, improving, and following standardized content processes and workflows, including providing support for training and guidance on process execution and compliance.</li>
<li>Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content and SEO best practices to support continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Perform additional related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of experience in content marketing, digital content coordination, or a related role, with an emphasis on creating, updating, and managing high quality digital content.</li>
<li>Hands on experience working within WordPress or other content management systems to publish, update, and maintain website content.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content requests, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and cross functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, operations, and vendor teams.</li>
<li>Proven writing and editing capabilities, including the ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different platforms, brands, and audiences.</li>
<li>Demonstrated problem solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.</li>
<li>Prior experience supporting franchise based marketing initiatives and or franchise operations is preferred.</li>
<li>Solid project coordination skills, with experience tracking tasks, managing workflows, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.</li>
</ul>
Computer Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Proficient in standard PC applications, including Microsoft Office, with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Experience using project management or ticketing systems to track requests, workflows, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with an understanding of how data supports content and SEO decisions.</li>
<li>Basic working knowledge of HTML to support content formatting, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.</li>

Digital Content Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist II supports the organization’s financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely billing, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple payment channels. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of accounts receivable records, reconciling bank and funding reports, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast paced, multi system environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Accounts Receivable & Billing
 <ul>
<li>Maintain accurate customer balances within billing and accounting systems.</li>
<li>Generate invoices and account statements in accordance with company policies.</li>
<li>Maintain complete and accurate accounts receivable files and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in managing customer credit limits and researching credit related issues.</li>
</ul>
Payment Processing & Reconciliation
 <ul>
<li>Process and post payments including checks, credit cards, ACH, and financing transactions.</li>
<li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Reconcile credit card, ACH, and financing funding reports to bank records and internal systems.</li>
<li>Create and post deposits, chargebacks, returned checks, and refunds accurately and timely.</li>
<li>Investigate, research, and resolve payment discrepancies or delays in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.</li>
</ul>
Journal Entries & System Integrity
 <ul>
<li>Prepare and post journal entries, including transferring financial data between operational and accounting systems.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and accuracy across accounting platforms and supporting reports.</li>
</ul>
Reporting & Compliance
 <ul>
<li>Produce and communicate accounts receivable and reconciliation reports to management.</li>
<li>Review bank statements for anomalies or unposted items.</li>
<li>Support compliance requirements, including municipal licenses, bonds, and related documentation as applicable.</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement and future state reconciliation and reporting initiatives</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 Education & Experience
 <ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of related accounts receivable, accounting, or finance operations experience required.</li>
<li>Advanced experience with reconciliations, payment processing, and financial systems preferred.</li>
</ul>
Skills & Competencies
 <ul>
<li>Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting or billing systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Service Titan, or similar platforms).</li>
