Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 18 years of age in a child-centered, family-oriented environment.Autism Center of Excellence is currently looking for a US Accounting Specialist to join our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily Accounting:</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable (invoices, payments, etc.)</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.</li><li>Maintain accurate general ledger entries.</li><li>Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records of Client invoices.</li><li>Financial Reporting:</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, Profit and loss, income statement, cash flow statement).</li><li>Analyze financial data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting future financial performance.</li><li>Tax Compliance:</li><li>Assist in preparing and filing federal and state tax returns.</li><li>Stay updated on tax regulations relevant to the travel industry.</li><li>Coordinate with external CPA as needed.</li><li>Other Duties:</li><li>Implement and maintain internal accounting controls.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting, with some experience in the travel industry a plus.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks).</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>MUST be available to work on US timings (India night shift).</li><li>MUST be proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)</li><li>Candidate MUST have Good Work Ethics and be available as needed by the company.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Night shift</li><li>US shift</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Quarterly bonus</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>working in Night Shift: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;450,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation and Current Salary ?</li><li>Are you immediate joiner?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Night Shift: 2 years (Required)</li><li>QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
