Job descriptionJob Summary:We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and passionate Videographer &amp; Video Editor to join our team at Auto Appy, a fast-growing automation startup. This role involves shooting short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) of our team, product use-cases, and behind-the-scenes moments, and editing them into engaging, high-quality content. If you have a good eye for storytelling and love creating visual content that connects with people&mdash;this is your chance to be part of a startup that&rsquo;s changing the game.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Shoot high-quality short videos (Reels/Shorts) of team members and startup culture.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content team to plan creative concepts.</li><li>Edit raw footage into compelling videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Add transitions, subtitles, sound, and effects to improve visual appeal.</li><li>Organize and maintain video files and editing assets.</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends and content formats.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Any graduate or currently pursuing graduation.</li><li>Prior experience in shooting and editing videos (even as a freelancer or personal projects).</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.</li><li>Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and shooting with phones or DSLRs.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong storytelling sense and visual creativity.</li><li>Good communication and collaborative attitude.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Passion for startups, content, and video-first platforms like Instagram and YouTube.</li></ul>Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday, 9 AM &ndash; 5 PMCompensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary range: &#8377;15,000-20000/month</li><li>Opportunity to build a strong creative portfolio while working with a high-growth startup</li><li>Flexible and supportive creative environment</li><li>Chance to become the face behind our brand&rsquo;s storytelling</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000-20,000 per monthSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Yearly bonus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
