Job Title:Accountant Location:Noida, IndiaExperience Required:Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with bookkeeping, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions efficiently. This role requires accuracy, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial management and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.</li><li>Record and reconcile all company accounts on a regular basis.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely billing and collections.</li><li>Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and general accounts accurately.</li></ul>Banking &amp; Reconciliation:<ul><li>Prepare and perform bank reconciliations regularly.</li><li>Manage cash flow and ensure accurate tracking of all transactions.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and company policies.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Support:<ul><li>Work closely with internal teams and external auditors for periodic reviews.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements when required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.</li><li>Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for skill development and career growth.</li><li>Exposure to end-to-end accounting operations in a growing organization.</li></ul>Application Process:Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume along with a brief cover letter highlighting their accounting experience and proficiency with relevant tools.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
