Job Summary

As a Videographer &amp; Photography Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports Auto-Chlor&rsquo;s marketing and training initiatives. This role is focused on planning, filming, editing, and delivering professional video and photography assets that highlight our people, products, and operations.

This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone who thrives behind the camera and enjoys bringing stories to life through polished visual content.

Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM 
Pay Range: $28&ndash;$30/hour 
Travel: Approximately 20% (branch visits for filming and photography) 
Location: Office-based in Memphis with dedicated creative workspace

Key Responsibilities

Photography &amp; Video Production
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute on-site video and photography shoots</li>
<li>Film professional interview-style content featuring employees and customers</li>
<li>Capture product, facility, and operational footage for marketing and internal use</li>
<li>Edit video content for internal training, social media, website use, and marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Optimize video and photography assets for various platforms and formats</li>
<li>Maintain and organize a digital media asset library</li>
<li>Manage and maintain video and photography equipment inventory</li>
<li>Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, location preparation, lighting, and audio setup</li>
<li>Ensure proper lighting, sound quality, and overall production standards across various environments</li>
</ul>
Training &amp; Internal Content Production
<ul>
<li>Review scripts and collaborate with subject matter experts to determine the most effective production approach</li>
<li>Record staged and unscripted footage for training materials</li>
<li>Edit content to remove extraneous footage and incorporate clean, branded graphics and typography</li>
<li>Deliver polished final products aligned with brand guidelines</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2+ years of professional videography and photography experience</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, interview-style, or professional brand content</li>
<li>Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects preferred)</li>
<li>Experience operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple production projects and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Comfortable directing on-camera talent during interviews and shoots</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>Experience producing content in corporate or B2B environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with branded typography and basic motion graphics</li>
<li>
Experience with graphic design, capable of creating/editing simple layouts
</li>
