Responsibilities include: 
Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
 Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
 Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
 
Qualifications: 
Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
 Have computer experience and good organizational skills
 Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
 Sales experience highly preferred
 High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
 Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
 Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
 Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
 A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
 Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
 Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.

Life Sales Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Human Resources Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee benefits programs with a specialized focus on workers’ compensation. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, supporting injured employees through the claims process, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote workplace safety and recovery.
 
Responsibilities
 
Track claim status, reserves, payments, and medical updates.
 
Coordinate with adjusters on disputed claims, delays, or settlement issues.
 
Identify and escalate potential fraud cases.
 
Working closely with the employees and management on processing the WC claim paperwork.
 
Monitor and analyze claim trends to identify opportunities for risk mitigation and cost containment
 
Assists with claims administration, audits, report preparation, and compilation of statistics.
 
Educate employees and managers on workers’ compensation policies, procedures, and return-to-work programs
 
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and state-specific workers’ compensation statutes
 
Qualifications
 
Bachelor’s or Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
 
4-6 years Significant knowledge in worker's compensation.
 
Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate policies and procedures to all levels of staff and management preferred.
 
Advanced understanding of federal and state legislation regarding human resource management programs and practices preferred.
 
Experience with Workday a plus
 
Professional Human Resources - Human Resource Certification Institute preferred

The starting pay range for this position is: 
$84,100.00 - $111,900.00
 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
