Auto Driveaway, a professional driveaway company serving the corporate fleet, upfitter and leasing industries, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support and dispatch duties through coordination with drivers and operations leadership at our Long Beach, CA location.Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle and truck OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle &quot;door-to-door driveaway&quot; shipping; short-term and reconditioning services across all asset types. We accomplish this with personalized customer experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and a national network of professional drivers, helping to ensure quality, accountability, and reliability on every trip.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate and problem solve with dispatch staff and drivers</li><li>Ensure all driver documents are complete, accurate, and imaged</li><li>Assist with the payment and loading of driver funds</li><li>Assist with calling and confirming delivery points</li><li>Provide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staff</li><li>Implement departmental checklists to support established responsibilities and procedures</li><li>Complete and update all order system work assignments in an efficient and accurate method</li><li>Interact with drivers and other staff in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Assign drivers to available loads</li><li>Foster a team oriented work environment</li><li>Make safety an everyday priority</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Possess personal drive and internal motivation toward higher achievement</li><li>Ability to sustain a high level of activity, prioritize and perform a variety of tasks</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong desire for task completion and follow-up</li><li>Sharp attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to communicate with drivers and customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner</li><li>Excellent customer service; both written and verbal</li><li>Routinely demonstrates and creates a cooperative and positive work culture</li><li>Thrives in a team environment</li><li>General office skills- scanning, faxing, copying</li><li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record</li></ul>Required Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job</li><li>Strong logistic and geographic skill set</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience with Windows computer system and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)</li><li>Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of customer service delivery techniques and problem solving methods</li><li>Accurate typing skills</li><li>Knowledge of queries, sorting and other database related skills</li></ul>Auto Driveaway is a smoke free environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
