Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Processing of all dealership state paperwork</li><li>
Verification of payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles</li><li>
Posting of vehicles to inventory</li><li>
Data Entry</li><li>
Assist with sorting of finalized papework</li><li>
Invoicing of vehicles</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by the office manager</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Previous experience a plus</li><li>
Ability to provide quality customer service</li><li>
Willingness to take initiative</li><li>
Quality writing and grammar skills</li><li>
Computer literacy</li><li>
Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word or similar computer programs</li><li>
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily</li><li>
Detailed follow up</li><li>
