 About the Role:
 
 
 We&rsquo;re on the hunt for an SEO Technician who&rsquo;s done playing it safe. This role is perfect for someone early in their career, with 1&ndash;3 years of experience, who is hungry to grow and help shape the future of search strategy in an AI-first world.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Brand Managers and Digital Support teams to implement technical SEO best practices and experiment with emerging AI and geo-targeted trends. Your work will directly support automotive marketing campaigns for dealers all over the country, and you'll have the space to test, iterate, and innovate.
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement technical SEO strategies across multiple client websites (mainly automotive-focused)
 </li>
 <li>
 Run site audits, fix crawl issues, optimize schema markup, and monitor Core Web Vitals
 </li>
 <li>
 Support AI-integrated SEO approaches and contribute to Geo-strategy development
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze ranking factors across Google, Bing, and AI search models
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report on organic performance using tools like GA4 and SEMrush
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of algorithm updates, AI advancements, and SERP behavior shifts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What You Bring:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Curiosity around AI, chat-based search, and the shifting future of SERPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of geo-targeting and local SEO nuances
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting skills with a desire to go deep on technical problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Experience with automotive dealership sites or multi-location SEO
