Role OverviewAutoIQ is seeking a Graphic Designer &amp; Production Artist who finds professional satisfaction in the &quot;perfect finish.&quot; While this role offers the opportunity to shape visual narratives, it is heavily rooted in high-volume production, brand consistency, and technical precision.You aren't just making things look good; you are ensuring that complex, data-driven campaigns move from concept to consumer across digital and print platforms without a single pixel out of place. This is a role for a designer who takes pride in being the &quot;final gatekeeper&quot; of quality.Note: This is not a UX/UI role. This is a specialized position focused on marketing creative and production excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>High-Volume Production: Execute and scale digital and print assets, including social media graphics, direct mail templates, email campaigns, and large-scale brochures.</li><li>Brand Guardianship: Rigorously maintain brand standards across diverse client portfolios, ensuring every asset&mdash;no matter how small&mdash;is on-brand and accurate.</li><li>Technical Optimization: Resize, adapt, and optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring files are technically sound for both web performance and high-end print production.</li><li>Workflow Leadership: Manage file organization, version control, and final asset preparation to ensure the creative department meets tight deadlines.</li><li>Collaborative Execution: Partner with the Creative Director and Data Strategists to translate complex automotive data into clean, digestible visual assets.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a heavy emphasis on print production.</li><li>Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).</li><li>Print Fluency: Deep understanding of pre-press requirements, bleed, CMYK vs. RGB, and preparing complex files for professional printers.</li><li>Detail Obsession: An eagle eye for typography, alignment, and color consistency.</li><li>Adaptability: The ability to pivot between creative brainstorming and rapid-fire production tasks without losing focus.</li><li>Education: Associate&rsquo;s degree required; Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred.</li></ul>What We OfferAt AutoIQ, we believe that high-level work deserves high-level support.
