Work Schedule: 9:00 AM&ndash;5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday&ndash;Friday (Overnight shift for Pakistan-based candidates) 
Salary: 400,000 PKR/month 
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Software Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. 
This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, and who enjoys working on real-world, production-grade systems. You will help build and scale customer-facing websites and dashboards, internal tools and systems, as well as data-driven and infrastructure products connected to large-scale crawling, APIs, and infrastructure. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and maintain robust back-end services using Python/Node</li><li>
Build and maintain front-end components using React</li><li>
Integrate with APIs, crawlers, and data ingestion pipelines</li><li>
Optimize front-end and back-end systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones</li><li>
Support and improve live production systems with a focus on uptime and data accuracy</li><li>
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and feature planning</li><li>
Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven features and data automation</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience</li><li>
Strong proficiency in React, including component design, state management, responsive layouts, and performance optimization</li><li>
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, accessibility, and user-centered design</li><li>
Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Sass, Styled Components, Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.)</li><li>
Back-end development skills using Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) or Node.js (Express/NestJS) to build APIs, integrations, and support front-end features</li><li>
Strong proficiency in either Python or JavaScript</li><li>
Solid understanding of Linux environments, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and back-end system design</li><li>
Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers</li><li>
Ability to independently handle end-to-end features (UI, API integration, testing, deployment)</li><li>
Experience contributing to complex or large-scale systems</li><li>
Familiarity with web crawlers, scraping tools, or data ingestion pipelines</li></ul>

Hands-on experience with enterprise-level or high-scale crawling systems</li><li>
Interest or prior work in AI/ML-driven solutions</li><li>
Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, or machine learning</li><li>
Previous experience in startups or fast-paced technology companies</li><li>
Mentorship or leadership experience with junior developers</li><li>
Contributions to open-source or personal technical projects</li></ul>

Collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve performance, reliability, and scalability</li><li>
