<p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Order and secure parts purchases</li>
<li>Ensure efficiency of part orders</li>
<li>Reviews the accuracy of part and work orders</li>
<li>Reconciles and files invoice correctly within guidelines</li>
<li>Return of parts in a timely manner</li>
<li>Orders supplies for shop and detail departments</li>
<li>Keeps inventory of parts organized according to repair orders</li>
<li>Knowledge of Dealertrack</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li>
<li>High School or equivalent (Required)</li>
<li>Dealertrack: 1 year (Required)</li>
<li>Parts Management: 1 year (Required)</li>
<li>Management: 1 year (Preferred)</li>
