Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and guests, setting the tone for a positive experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome all visitors in a warm, professional manner</li><li>Answer and route incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently</li><li>Manage front-desk communications, including emails and mail distribution</li><li>Accurately process cash and credit transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily transaction records</li><li>Provide prompt assistance to customer inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate team members</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records</li><li>Support general office operations, including supply inventory and administrative tasks</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative/customer-facing role preferred</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Attention to detail, especially when handling payments and records</li><li>Familiarity with phone systems and basic office procedures</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional office or administrative training is a plus</li><li>Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)</li></ul>Why Join Us?
