&middot; Background in Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering&middot; Minimum of 4 years experience in process instrumentation or automation&middot; Strong negotiation ad commercial evaluation skills&middot; Knowledge of international standard (IEC, API, ISO)&middot; Experience with ERP systems and MS Office&middot; Excellent communication skills&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlinesJob Responsibilities:1. Manage end to end procurement activities for instrumentation and process control equipment.2. Prepare and issue RFQ&rsquo;s evaluate technical and commercial offers3. Conduct technical comparisons and vendor assessments4. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules5. Coordinate with engineering, sales, and project team for material specifications6. Monitor purchase orders and ensure on time delivery7. Develop and maintain approved vendor database8. Ensure compliance and company policies9.
