Job Title: Logistics Executive &ndash; Pan India &amp; International Import/ExportDepartment : LogisticsCompany Name: Autocracy Machinery Pvt LtdWork Location: HyderabadJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive &ndash; PAN India &amp; International Import and Export to manage end-to-end domestic and global logistics operations. The role involves handling international import and export shipments across multiple countries, coordinating PAN-India movement of goods, ensuring full compliance with trade and customs regulations, and optimizing logistics costs while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end international import and export operations (air &amp; sea) for multiple countries</li><li>Coordinate PAN-India logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments via road, rail, and air</li><li>Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, COO, LC, Shipping Bill, and customs documentation</li><li>Coordinate with customs brokers, CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents</li><li>Ensure compliance with Indian customs laws, DGFT regulations, GST, HS codes, Incoterms, and international trade regulations</li><li>Track shipments from origin to final destination and resolve customs, transit, or documentation-related issues</li><li>Handle customs clearance activities and ensure timely release of cargo</li><li>Negotiate freight rates, transportation contracts, demurrage, and detention charges with logistics service providers</li><li>Manage import duty calculations, export incentives, IGST refunds, and compliance reporting</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and sales teams for shipment planning and cost control</li><li>Maintain accurate records of shipment status, landed costs, logistics expenses, and vendor performance</li><li>Monitor logistics KPIs and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in PAN-India logistics and international import/export operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, HS classification, Incoterms, GST, and trade compliance</li><li>Hands-on experience with air and sea freight operations</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems (SAP preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple domestic and international shipments under tight timelines</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5&ndash;9 years of experience in logistics with Pan-India and international exposure</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or trading companies</li><li>Knowledge of export incentives, duty drawback, IGST refunds, and statutory compliance</li></ul>Employment Type:Full-timeNote: Looking for Immediate JoinersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
