What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></div><ul>
<div>Releases planned orders, schedules, and forecasts to suppliers for component requirements for day-to-day production based on production plans and customer forecast.</div>
<div>Holds suppliers accountable to shipping requirements (on-time delivery) and manages supplier relationships. Develops recovery plans as needed</div>

 Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities in alignment with production and project requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out both routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure to increase operational uptime and efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead and participate in reliability improvement projects and initiatives focused on cost reduction and process excellence.
  </li>
  <li>
   Accurately complete maintenance records, technical documentation, and reports for submission to management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment introductions and process changes to improve manufacturing processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and health &amp; safety protocols.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to standardising maintenance operations, including spare parts management and process documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities (e.g., 8D, PFMEA, RCA) to optimise equipment reliability.

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in maintenance engineering, reliability, or facilities management in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical understanding of machinery and automation system repair methods.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience conducting preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as root cause/failure mode analysis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  </li>
  <li>
   Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participation in, or certification for, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities</b></div><ul>
<div>Report to the COE and be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through <b>data cleansing, preparation, analysis, and visualization</b>.</div>
<div>Work directly with requestors to understand objectives and refine requirements for reports or dashboards.</div>
<div>Collaborate with requestors to translate business needs into potential solutions.</div>
<div>Understand the <b>end-to-end process</b> and source systems.</div>
<div>Develop reports and dashboards using <b>Power BI</b>; process mining visualization using <b>Celonis</b> is also part of the role.</div>
<div>Utilize data sources such as <b>Snowflake, Data Marts, SharePoint</b>.</div>
<div>Develop and implement <b>finance data governance frameworks</b> and ensure data quality and compliance.</div>
</ul><div><b>Candidate Requirements</b></div><ul>
<div><b>Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or related fields.</div>
<div><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 2&ndash;3 years as a Business Analytics Analyst or in a similar role.</div>
<div><b>Technical Expertise:</b><ul>
<div>Strong understanding of data exploration and visualization technologies.</div>
<div>Ability to extract and transform finance-related data from ERPs (<b>JDE, SAP, QAD</b>) and other solutions (<b>OneStream, Blackline, Coupa</b>), as well as data lakes and data marts.</div>
<div>Proficiency in <b>Power BI</b>, <b>Celonis</b>, and data modeling with <b>DAX</b>.</div>
<div>Experience with <b>Power Query</b> for data transformation.</div>
<div>Strong <b>SQL</b> skills for data extraction and cleansing.</div>
</ul></div><div><b>Finance Knowledge:</b> Basic understanding of financial processes &ndash; <b>OTC, S2P, R2R, Internal Control, Tax</b>.</div>
