PAY:<ul><li>$21.00 - $23.95 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility.</li><li>Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location.</li></ul>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.</li><li>Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a high-quality product is produced.</li><li>Makes suggestions to improve performance, quality, and/or costs in work area by applying Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.</li><li>Monitors machines and verifies that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.</li><li>Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition.</li><li>Trains and/or instructs others as required.</li><li>Maintains reliable attendance and a full-time work status.</li><li>Adheres to safety standards.</li><li>Relieves other employees for breaks, as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>Shift Hours: 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM</li><li>Swing Shift (M-F with mandatory overtime) or Swing Shift Rotating (7 days on, 2-4 days off) available</li></ul>
