As a DevOps Sr Staff Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the evolution of our DevOps practices. Performing hands-on technical execution, as well as providing strategic leadership, you will be</p></div><div><p>
responsible for guiding and growing the DevOps function across the organization.</p></div><div><p><br>
You will manage day-to-day DevOps activities, ensure release quality and velocity, and support the team in building robust, scalable, and secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure. Your technical expertise, problem-solving</p></div><div><p>
mindset, and passion for automation will be vital in improving the efficiency and reliability of our software delivery lifecycle.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b>:</p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting clear goals, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Oversee daily DevOps operations including build/release management, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and infrastructure reliability.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Drive technical decisions and provide guidance on tooling, automation strategies, and architecture.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to prioritize work, align objectives, and ensure seamless deployments.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to reduce manual work and improve delivery speed.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ensure system scalability, performance, and security are considered in all DevOps solutions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Monitor and improve infrastructure reliability, alerting, and observability.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Advocate for best practices in DevOps and promote a high-energy, accountable, and collaborative team culture.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>
Required Skills and Experience:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Proven expertise in:</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Scripting (e.g., bash, and Python)</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong experience with Terraform infrastructure-as-code and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), and Kubernetes-based deployments.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Proficiency in containerization tools (e.g., Docker).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, Cockroach DB) and managing database CI/CD and configuration tasks.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Kloudfuse, Sumo Logic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Deep understanding of deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and system security best practices.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Passionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about DevOps practices and modern infrastructure.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Prior experience in a fast-paced product or platform engineering environment.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Exposure to security, compliance, and audit requirements in CI/CD and infrastructure.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Cloud or Kubernetes-related certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience integrating DevOps practices into SDLC and cross-functional workflows.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><div><div><p>
