Cold Caller / Appointment SetterWe're looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team and help us grow our business by connecting with potential clients and scheduling qualified appointments.About the Role: You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, introducing our services, identifying their needs, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a results-driven position perfect for someone who thrives on daily targets and enjoys building rapport over the phone.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients</li><li>Present our services professionally and answer initial questions</li><li>Qualify leads based on established criteria</li><li>Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team</li><li>Maintain accurate records in our CRM system</li><li>Follow up with prospects who expressed interest</li><li>Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment booking targets</li><li>Participate in regular training to improve calling techniques</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Excellent communication and persuasion skills</li><li>Confident, friendly phone manner with clear articulation</li><li>Resilient attitude - not discouraged by rejection</li><li>Self-motivated with strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet daily targets</li><li>Basic computer skills and CRM experience (training provided)</li><li>Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience preferred but not required</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary plus commission/bonuses</li><li>Performance-based incentives for appointments booked</li><li>Comprehensive training and scripts provided</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Growth opportunities within the company</li></ul>Schedule: Full-timeCompensation: 30K-60K + commissionReady to start booking appointments and earning commissions?
