The Opportunity</b></div><div>
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced <b>Senior Engineering Manager</b> to manage and drive the development of our core platform. This is a critical role responsible for the architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of the foundation upon which all our AI solutions are built. What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our core platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.</li><li>
Own the technical roadmap for the platform, aligning it with business objectives and product strategy.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of talented engineers.</li><li>
Drive code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.</li><li>
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.</li><li>
Oversee the implementation of robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.</li><li>
Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential application to our platform.</li><li>
Champion engineering best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>
Manage technical debt effectively and prioritize refactoring efforts.</li><li>
Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
You&rsquo;re a Fit If You Have</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>
12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.</li><li>
Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.</li><li>
Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).</li><li>
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, MERN/ JavaScript).</li><li>
Experience with database technologies (e.g., relational, NoSQL).</li><li>
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>
Experience building and scaling high-traffic, distributed systems.</li><li>
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>
Experience with Agile development methodologies.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and tools.</li><li>
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>
