 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 The receptionist/front desk admin assistant's main duty is to represent the company professionally and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Other duties include:

 Office Administration Duties:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer and direct inbound phones to appropriate employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet company visitors get them into contact with their host.
 </li>
 <li>
 Various administration and clerical duties.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Scheduling &amp; Hosting Duties:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with planning work parties and activities including Wellness Challenges and Company Unity activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and make sure staff meeting runs smooth weekly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Executive Assistant Duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Charity Event Duties
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in office occupations, secretarial, office clerical experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to carry out written or oral instructions from supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Great communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Very detail oriented.
