We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled <b>Procurement Engineer</b> to support our growing operations.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li><p><br>
Responsible for procurement of materials and components for manufacturing operations</p></li><li><p><br>
Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines</p></li><li><p><br>
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials</p></li><li><p><br>
Conduct inward quality checks in coordination with the quality team</p></li><li><p><br>
Maintain and update procurement records in ERP systems</p></li><li><p><br>
Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize procurement strategies</p></li><li><p><br>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, design, and quality</p></li><li><p><br>
Vendor development and relationship management</p></li><li><p><br>
Willing to travel for vendor visits, audits, and negotiations</p></li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li><p><b><br>
Education:</b> Diploma (DME) or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering</p></li><li><p><b><br>
Experience:</b> 3 to 5 years in material procurement in the manufacturing industry</p></li><li><p><br>
Experience in inward quality checking is preferred</p></li><li><p><br>
Strong knowledge of <b>ERP systems</b> and <b>MS Excel</b></p></li><li><p><br>
Excellent <b>negotiation</b> and <b>communication</b> skills</p></li><li><p><br>
Willingness to travel as required</p></li><li><p><br>
