<p>
RPA Lead is expected to manage a team of developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions that align with business objectives. Lead is also expected to support the Sales &amp; Pre-Sales team with inputs to support business.</p>

</li><li>Coordinate integration of RPA solutions with IT and other business systems.
</li><li>Document RPA processes and develop technical documentation for end-users.
</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
</li><li>Lead &amp; support Presales activities for the RPA team, validate technical proposals, manage BA Team &amp; Support sales team with PoCs and other activities related to business opportunities.
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h5>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in RPA or software development.
</li><li>Proven leadership and project management experience with RPA teams.
</li><li>Strong expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, SAP BPA /BTP etc.
</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java), SQL, and API integration.
</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Certifications in RPA tools are an added advantage.
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Desired Skills</b></h5>
<ul><li>RPA technology proficiency (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

You will be responsible for analyzing customer problems, conceptualizing solutions, creating compelling proposals, and influencing customer decisions through product demos and solution walkthroughs.</p>

<ul><li>7+ years of experience in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain, with at least 3 years in a solutioning, presales, or consulting role.
</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement, supplier collaboration, invoice automation, and ERP integration processes.
</li><li>Exposure to various technologies in the S2P ecosystem such as OCR, RPA, SAP, supplier portals such as Ariba, Coupa etc.
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering impactful product demos and customer proposals.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written.
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
</li><li>Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
