About the role:</b></div><div>
We are searching for an experienced Pharma advertising agency Senior Account Executive to deliver digital promotional marketing campaigns for agency pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience and possess a demonstrated understanding of how an advertising agency works and how jobs move through the agency.</div><br>

What you'll do
</b></h3><ul><li>Demonstrate significant knowledge of agency procedures and issues faced; contribute to problem resolution</li><li>
Support the Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor and/or Account Director in the daily management and progress of client work, including creation of work orders, change orders, project briefs, status reports, conference reports, and review of project timelines with Project Management</li><li>
Communicate effectively with assigned client contacts</li><li>
Support budget tracking and client billing</li><li>
Possess agency process knowledge and experience to independently to follow up with internal departments, address questions, anticipate issues, and help keep work moving</li><li>
Possess an understanding of clients&rsquo; business and objectives</li><li>
Frequently serve as client&rsquo;s main contact with the agency on a day-to-day basis</li><li>
Support billing and communications updates (i.e. status reports, invoices, financial trackers)</li><li>
Foster a strong relationship and build trust with day-to-day project managers, copywriters, and art directors</li><li>
Attend market research, capture notes, and download team on trends observed and insights gathered</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
About you
</b></h3><ul><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (PHARMA AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)</li><li>
Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>
Strong organizational and interpersonal communications skills</li><li>
Ability to communicate directly and frequently with client with some autonomy</li><li>
Strong digital acumen</li><li>
BA/BS degree with coursework emphasis in marketing, communications, and/or advertising</li><li>
3-5 years advertising agency Account Management experience, with preference to experience in pharma agency</li><li>
MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency required</li></ul><div>

The Marketing Team sets the strategy and creates campaigns to drive sales for all of Avalere's Health's services and products. Charged with building brand awareness, facilitating public engagement, and sales support, it blends the science side of marketing through predictive/data analytics with the creative side of marketing by promoting content that captures attention.</div>

Field and respond to inbound media inquiries
</li><li>Regularly pitch new content to digital publications that leverages Avalere Health public-facing materials and healthcare expertise</li><li>
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant national and trade press, and help Avalere Health subject matter experts build relationships</li><li>
Train Avalere&rsquo;s subject matter experts on interacting with the media and collaborate with them to prepare for interviews</li><li>
Monitor targeted publications to identify opportunities to feature Avalere Health capabilities and expertise, announce senior hires, or publicize events and publications</li><li>
Collaborate with sales team to identify new audiences and determine the best ways to reach them</li><li>
Manage paid and organic social media, including maintaining a calendar of upcoming posts as well as drafting, posting, monitoring, and engaging with content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Glassdoor</li><li>
Write copy for bylined articles, conference speaking submissions, paid advertising promotions, web pages, marketing emails, and internal communications
</li><li>Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to media placements, pending coverage, and social media engagement</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
About You</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, health policy, public policy, public health, or related discipline</li><li>
Demonstrated interest in healthcare, health policy, and/or the life sciences industry
</li><li>3 &ndash; 5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar marketing role
</li><li>Strong writing skills and experience writing in multiple formats (e.g., articles, press releases, social media posts, emails)</li><li>
Dedication to a high-quality work product
