We are seeking an Associate Director of Media Data Science to lead advanced media analytics across HCP and DTC campaigns. This individual will be an innovator and cross-functional collaborator who pushes the boundaries of healthcare media measurement, connects complex datasets, and translates insights into compelling business narratives.</p>

<div><p>This role sits at the intersection of data science, media strategy, and client impact &mdash; responsible for connecting omnichannel media investment to measurable outcomes and growth.</p>

</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h3><div>
<div>
<ul><li><p>Lead advanced measurement strategy across HCP and DTC campaigns, including MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, brand affinity, and lift studies.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Integrate and analyze healthcare datasets including IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, Experian, Medicaid, and other claims or identity-based data sources to quantify media impact.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Connect exposure across linear TV, Google, SEM, display, paid social, radio, and programmatic to business outcomes and promotional KPIs.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Query and manipulate large datasets within Snowflake, operating within a medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data architecture.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Build structured datasets and dashboards in Tableau and Looker that support real-time insight generation and executive reporting.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Translate statistical and modeling outputs into clear, actionable storylines that demonstrate how campaigns drive business performance.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that bring data to life for clients and senior stakeholders.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collaborate closely with Media Strategy, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure measurement frameworks are aligned with business objectives.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Mentor analysts and foster a culture of innovation, rigor, and cross-functional partnership within the data science function.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About You</b></h3><div>
<div>
<div><ul><li><p>6&ndash;10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or media measurement, preferably within healthcare or pharma.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Deep experience with MMM, multi-touch attribution, lift studies, and healthcare claims analysis.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake; experience operating within medallion data architecture environments.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong Tableau and/or Looker development skills.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience leveraging IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, Experian, or similar healthcare data platforms.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and persuasively.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Proven ability to translate omnichannel media data into measurable business impact narratives.</p>
