We prioritize a strong, responsive construction team that consistently exceeds expectations by working together efficiently and effectively.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Modular Home Sales position at Avalon Building Systems, Inc. As a Sales/Designer you will:<ul><li>Work with incoming leads, providing information about our modular structures.</li><li>Guide potential clients with the design of their new modular home.</li><li>Work with our partner factories to create detailed project specifications.</li><li>Provide estimates and quotes.</li><li>Create project designs.</li><li>Create and complete sales agreements and contracts.</li><li>Apply for HERS ratings and permits.</li><li>Manage the life of the clients project.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3-5 years experience in Sales</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>Experience in the construction industry is a plus</li><li>Working knowledge of computer drawing as well as design is preferred.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Sales, or related field preferred</li></ul>The successful candidate will have demonstrated strengths and skills in the following areas:<ul><li>Proven ability to close sales.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Possess strong organizational skills; be a team player with the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Attention to detail is a critical.</li><li>Modular sales and/or design experience is helpful.</li></ul>This is a full-time on site position.
