Role Overview</h4><p>
We are seeking a <b>Field Applications Engineer (FAE)</b> to serve as a critical technical bridge (post-sales) between our customers, sales team, and internal engineering groups. In this role, you will support customer evaluations, provide hands-on technical expertise, and ensure successful adoption of our products in real-world applications.</p><p>
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.</p><p></p><p><br>
A Day In The Life&hellip;</p><div><ul><li>
Will be the primary technical point of contact for customers during pre- and post-sales engagements</li><li>
Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and product demos</li><li>
Work closely with Sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions</li><li>
Deliver technical onsite presentations and training to our customers</li></ul></div><p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><br>
What Will Help You Be Successful&hellip;</h4><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Software, or related discipline)</li><li>
3+ years of experience in Field Applications, Applications Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role</li><li>
Strong hands-on technical skills relevant to the product domain (e.g., hardware, software, systems, embedded, optics, etc.)</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly</li><li>
Willingness to travel as required to support customers</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
