They are currently seeking a Site Coordinator for their distribution center.
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Weekend Shift: Saturday &ndash; Sunday, 6:00 AM &ndash; 3:30:00 PM, Weekends as needed
Weekly Pay
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Train and supervise housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques and equipment operation.</li><li>
Create and manage housekeeping work schedules to meet the clients expectations.</li><li>
Perform routine inspection of housekeeping performance to meet the clients expectations.</li><li>
Serve as a client liaison for new work orders and special projects, coordinating staffing as needed.</li><li>
Ensure that housekeeping staff follow appropriate safety guidelines for chemical and equipment usage.</li><li>
Ensure that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.</li><li>
Modify scope of cleaning and maintenance based on specified needs of the client.</li><li>
Recruit and hire housekeeping staff, in coordination with the Recruiting Specialist.</li><li>
Ensure labor hours are accurately reported in the companys timekeeping system.</li><li>
Conduct performance evaluations.
</li><li>Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout assigned worksite as needed.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as required.</li></ul>
What You Need to Qualify<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Some Spanish is preferred</li><li>
Handyman experience a plus.</li><li>
Previous experience in recruiting is a plus.
</li><li>Minimum three years previous experience in supervision (housekeeping preferred).</li><li>
Previous experience with housekeeping, various chemical usage, and floor scrubbers.</li><li>
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.</li><li>
Experience reviewing time clock entries in HRIS a plus.</li><li>
Good interpersonal skills with a polite demeanor toward staff and clients.</li></ul>
What Physical Activities Will You Do?
<ul><li>Constant (80%) standing and walking during workday.</li>
<li>Frequent (50%) pushing, pulling, grasping, stretching, bending, twisting, reaching overhead.</li>
<li>Occasional (30%) stooping, climbing, and squeezing.
</li><li>Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.</li></ul>
