We are looking for either FT or PT applicants
Hourly rate is $23 to $25 per hour
Flexibile schedule but it is an in-office position - no remote or hybrid
Reports Into: Accounting Manager

Job responsibilities:
<ul><li>Opening of Accounts/Bank and Trade reference check for DB accounts.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Perform cash receipts, journal posting-lockbox, wire, check deposits, offsets and adjustments.</li>
<li>Weekly and Monthly Ride Reconciliation reports</li>
<li>Daily Credit Card Settlement Report.</li>
<li>Bi-Monthly and monthly invoicing</li>
<li>Direct Billing against Credit Card instruction</li>
<li>Handle all inquiries regarding ride receipts, costing issues, disputes, invoice copies, account updates and customer service responses</li>
<li>Secure revenue by accurately verifying and posting receipts</li>
<li>Ability to set-up accounts correctly</li>
<li>Handle review of Accounts Receivable aging and follow up of past due accounts</li>
<li>Perform weekly cash reconciliation with strong attention to details</li>
<li>Willingness to perform filing works as part of the daily task</li>
<li>Assist AR manager on assigned projects as needed.</li></ul> 

Position Requirements:

<li>Ability to focus on problem solving and work under pressure.</li>
<li>Analytical abilities to review and exercise good judgement.</li>
<li>Comfortable in performing repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
